About the Workshop

First, we’ll arm participants with the insights and understanding necessary to free their minds and tap into their problem solving super-potential. We help them to identify their personal ideation preference, transcend their neural pathways, defer judgment and ‘upshift’. Then, we’ll walk and work them through the creative problem solving process starting with the invaluable skill of investigating and clarifying the issue; ensuring teams are always tackling the right challenge. Next come a series of intensive brainstorming techniques designed to tap into all types and free up a multitude of new, unusual and in depth ideas. After that, teams will experience the process of convergence where they’ll hone, pare, combine and solidify their solutions. And finally, they’ll learn ‘GOOD™’ - a technique for testing, strengthening and even selling their ideas through.

Not only will the master class harness participants’ creative power to ensure your organization is tapping into their true potential, they’ll ultimately experience a step-by-step intensive creative problem solving session using your real-world challenges. They won’t just walk away with pages of killer ideas, they’ll leave armed with problem solving power tools, a deeper understanding of their abilities and a new found passion for the entire process.
